Our Story

Unity Plaza was the brainchild of Mr. Onally Gulamhusein who started construction of the mall in 1987. Since its completion Unity Plaza has had a wide range of tenants until the early 2000’s when IT retail shops dominated the floor space leading the mall to become the IT hub it is known today. The vision for Unity Plaza is to make it the one stop shop for all your electronic needs.

Master Plan

Unity plaza is set to go through major upgrades to its infrastructure and will be developed to meet international standards, housing all major IT companies in Sri Lanka. Our office spaces will be upgraded providing the perfect location for companies to set up their offices in the heart of Colombo. Unity Plaza will continue to be the IT Hub of Sri Lanka.
